Build a Career the Toyota Way

What’s it like to work at a world-class manufacturing facility? Just ask the people who work here. Our Team Members will tell you that it’s challenging, exciting and diverse with plenty of opportunity for advancement and a healthy focus on a work-life balance.

Continuous Improvement

Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement, is one of the cornerstones of the Toyota Way. As a Team Member, you are encouraged to share your ideas on how to make improvements on a regular basis. These improvements may apply to the products we make, our processes, our work environment, and more.

We are proud of what we do. We build vehicles for customers here in the U.S. as well as around the globe. We’ve won numerous vehicle quality awards from prestigious JD Power & Associates. We’re also leaders when it comes to the environment, sending zero waste to landfills since 2005 and maintaining our ISO 14001 certification.

Giving Back

Team members are encouraged to get involved in a cause close to their hearts. Our Team Member Volunteer Program coordinates activities for team members to join together while supporting their favorites causes and nonprofit organizations. Team members have participated in Habitat for Humanity builds in the community, regularly support the United Way, and participate in National Public Lands Day and Adopt-a-Highway. just to name a few.

Social Events

Even with 5,100+ Team Members, we strive to maintain a sense of family. Throughout the year, the Team Member Activities Association organizes a number of activities, including an Easter Egg Hunt, Movie Day, Discount Shopping Days and outings to sports events including Colts football games and the Evansville Thunderbolts ice hockey matches.
